Yay for...

You scored as Sci-Fi/Fantasy. You scored Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Depending on the movie this might not deserve a "Congratulations", but you're interested in the future and imaginary worlds far from your own. You probably wish you could be somebody else, or live in one of the worlds from your favourite movies. Check out: Lord of the Rings, Spiderman, Star Wars, The Matrix.

But of course, her Jadeness initially turned me onto TSO and Savatage so I've ended up with a fair bit :)

'Twas my uncle what married a Texan and moved over that that put me onto them, and Mannheim steamroller ...

I don't actually have any Savatage, other than a couple of MP3's, but I have two TSO CDs. I've seen them live too - very good indeed. And ooog .. "Requiem (the fifth)" just came on my playlist ...

Their Savatage stuff is more rocky, but it's the same bunch so it's all good stuff. I'm sure Jade knows a lot more about them than I do :>

And muahahahahaha! iTunes or WinAmp? Or A.N.Other Player?

I use WinAmp myself.

I've been slowly ripping my CD collection to MP3

I've got about another 60-80 CD's to go, and I'm on 4 days 12 hours of total playtime. I'm not sure if I should be proud, or ashamed, or why I should be the one that I actually am - for lots of music, or not enough ...

I'm onto part of Jeff Waynes "War of the Worlds" now.

Lovely 'shuffle' function.

Clearly I'm playing catchup then.

of course, I need to get an MP3 player of some kind.

Or a memory card and battery pack for my PDA and use that as one.

Well, if you have a few favourite tunes the iShuffle is like 60 squid or something, or $99 if a nice 'Merican friends sends it over for you if you pay them. Only holds 120 sings or something but well... that's almost 10 albums worth...

That might be a bad thing, even for Sixty Quid.

*ponders* well, it's something I shall have to look into in the fullness of time, methinks.
